Using very limited funds, CAPE designed and constructed a very unique system to deliver chilled JP-8 jet fuel to specialized aircraft during avionics testing. The chilled fuel prevents aircraft engines from being shutdown as testing was conducted over a period of hours while on the ground and exposed to desert heat.
